Agencija za komercijalnu djelatnost proizvodno, uslužno i trgovačko d.o.o. (AKD) endeavors to make its website accessible in accordance with the Website and Software Accessibility for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia Act (Official Gazette No 17/19; hereinafter referred to as the Act) which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 2.12.2016).
 This Accessibility Statement applies to AKD's central website http://www.eid.hr
Degree of compliance
 AKD's central website http://www.eid.hr  is for the most part compliant with the Act, save for the exceptions provided below.

 Preparation of the Accessibility Statement
 This Accessibility Statement was prepared on 1 June 2021 according to the Model Accessibility Statement compliant with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, as defined in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.
 The assessment of compliance with the accessibility requirements is a result of a self-assessment carried out by the Central Finance and Contracting Agency using WAVE (Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool).
AKD shall regularly revise the Statement to reflect any changes.
